Approximately 45 miles of the 195 mile Willamette Valley Bicycle Loop runs through the Albany area. This is a great way to see some beautiful scenery and ferry across the Willamette River.

Narrated heritage excursions via trolley, horse-drawn wagon or touring van
are available throughout the year. Tours view Albany's three Historic Districts,
pioneer cemeteries, churches, one-room schools and covered bridges.

Visitors have the opportunity to view the interiors of some of the city's

Monteith House (Albany Visitors Center)
518 SW 2nd Ave. Oregon's most authentically restored home, built in 1848 as the
home of Albany founders Thomas and Walter Monteith. June 15th - September 8th,
