They say you get what you pay for. At first glance, the rates at the Surfsand Resort in Cannon Beach seem high. However, from the time you arrive and are greeted by the the friendly, well-organized staff until your reluctant departure, you will find the total experience is well worth the cost. A variety of activities geared toward families (and even pets!) await guests of the Surfside. Or, if you would rather just relax, you can enjoy the standard TV/VCR, Starbucks coffee and snack refrigerater in each room. Other pet-friendly rooms may also include such amenities as a Jacuzzi tub or gas fireplace. The resort is located on the beach close to Haystack Rock, and is also within walking distance of the many Cannon Beach shops. So whether for business or pleasure, shopping or strolling, the Surfside Resort offers a menu that will satisfy a variety of tastes.
