(every weekend) Come see the Rogue Valley's most highly attended spectator sport 
facility at Jackson County Sports Park.  
S.O. Speedway is a 1/3 mile clay oval.   (every Saturday)
Outlaw Cage Kart is a 1/8 mile clay oval.  (alternate Fridays)
Drag Strip is 1/4 mile asphalt with 260' concrete launching pad. (Friday, Saturday, or Sundays)

Jackson County Fair
July 17-22,  Six days of fun-filled entertainment from 11 am to midnight.  
The fair features a carnival, hundreds of activities, top name musical entertainment every night, 
and 4H/FFA livestock shows and exhibits.  Held at the Jackson County Fairgrounds in Central Point.

Group Greenway Classic

 A bike, walk, and run.  

     * Bike race is 13 miles starting in Ashland and ending in Medford.
     * The walk is 5k.
     * The runs are 10k and 20k from Medford to the fairgrounds and back.

Oktoberfest
September 29 - 30, Oktoberfest features activities for everyone all day long.

Harvest Fair and Wine Fest
September, The Harvest Fair begins Saturday morning at the Jackson County Fairgrounds. 
Activities include beer and wine tastings, tractor pulls, chili cook-off, craft fair and a variety of activities for children and adults.

Medford Jazz Jubilee

October The most exciting event of the year, with dancing, food, and 13 jazz bands at six different venues in Medford.

Medford Christmas Celebration and Tree Lighting
Christmas Carolers, hot chocolate, coffee, roasted chestnuts.  
These are just a few of the things that will get the holiday spirit underway this year. 
Local dignitaries, school groups, and merchants cooperate to light the 50-foot tree.  
Welcome Santa Claus in a parade down Main Street and enjoy a holiday light show.
